Judged on the evidence you provide, against the criteria published for each category.
Independence
Judging is conducted independently of the Awards organisers' commercial relationships.
Confidentiality
Entry content is treated as confidential and is used only for the purpose of assessment.
Conflicts of interest
Judges declare conflicts and are excluded from assessing any entry where a conflict exists.
AI-assisted assessment, administrator review
Published criteria are applied consistently to each submission with a written rationale per criterion. Awards administrators review the assessment and evidence before finalists or winners are confirmed. Nothing is published automatically.
Specific, substantiated and verifiable claims matter. AI-assisted writing is neither rewarded nor penalised. The AI assessor reads submission text and evidence names and descriptions, not the files or the web; administrators may check material claims against evidence and independent sources.
Commercial relationships, advertising and ticket purchases have no influence on outcomes. Declared conflicts exclude the relevant reviewer. Scores, reviews, overrides and finalist decisions are recorded with an audit trail.
